I bought a second-hand iPhone and want to restart everything. How?
The former owner's iCloud is still signed in but in order for me to delete it and make my own I need to know her password, which I don't. Any tips?
There's always a factory reset setting in every phone. Do that. If you don't know how, take it to the store.
You'll need to get the previous owner's details. There's no way to bypass or remove it otherwise, and you can't do a reset since it will ask you for the password.
You'd have to get that password. If you can't reach her you may have been scammed.

- I can't restore this iPhone i bought second hand I have this iPhone 5c that I bought second hand. But it has the new iOS update that won't allow you to restore it unless you log in with the iTunes it was set up with or take it off of the iCloud. The problem is I can't get in contact with the person I bought it from so I haven't been able to restore it! Is there any way I can restore the phone without the itunes log in and password? I really need help i spent all my money on this phone!
