I can't seem to stick to a routine any advice?
I'm having a hard time really sticking to a daily routine & for me, I feel I need that routine in my life. The problem is my work hours vary. I work full time but have 2 different "shifts" depending on when I'm needed. One day I can be working 10-6 another day I could work 3-11. I normally get my schedule a month in advance but it just makes it hard to stick to a "daily schedule." I find myself sleeping in a lot later, being very lazy around the house etc. When I'm working later in the day.
Anyone have any advice of how to really stick to a routine of daily schedule. Going to the gym a certain time each day, eating breakfast at a specific time, showering etc etc etc. Any iPhone apps you can recommend that may help me with this?
If routine is what you seek, you should get a new job. Shift work sucks.
Talk to your manager about getting a standard routine. It may be possible, even in restaurant or shop work. If not, start looking for a new job with set hours.
- P90x or develop my own routine? I'm starting college soon and I need a workout routine to get me in shape. P90x means I don't have to do any research and all I have to do is optimize the videos for my iPhone to do at the gym but i'm really over analyzing the situation.
- I have an IPhone 4s & can't seem to use Bluetooth? I have the IPhone 4s & have tried to use the Bluetooth but it doesn't seem to work. My friend has the same problem with his on his iPhone 4.It just searches & keeps doing it with nothing happening. Such an expensive phone, latest model but yet you can't use Bluetooth on it so why do they have that function on the handset?
- I can't seem to get my tones from my iphone to my tones to my new iphone? I've been trying for months and I have tried everything. The problem is that I forgot the password to my old iPhone 4 (which is technically an iPod now) And I can't seem to download them to iTunes!
- I can't seem to get my iPhone 3G to unlock? I have an iPhone 3G that I have jailbroken and installed the iPad baseband (6.15.00) using redsn0w 0.9.6b6. I have installed ultrasn0w. Allowed the phone to respring. It will not locate my T-Mobile service. I have rejailbroken it twice both times reinstalling the iPad baseband. I have tested the sim card in other unlocked iPhone 3Gs and it works perfectly. It starts out with 1 bar of service, then goes to searching, then says no service. Please any help would be greatly appreciated!
