I dropped my Iphone 4 into water?
I dropped my Iphone 4 into the hot tub the other day (two days ago) and well the music won't play out loud and my phone keyboard doesn't click anymore. I don't think it rings anymore either. But i called my voicemail and it plays aloud just fine. What can i do to have the sound back again? And also in order for the music to be heard on the headphones sometimes, you have to take the headphones and unplug them, then plug it back in. How can i fix this?
Call your phone provider. Ask them what you should do. I'm not so sure that they will give you a replacement, though, because usually you can't get replacements for any water damage. Try soaking it in rice. That's what you do to get the water out of phones.
You'll have to call Apple and see what they can do for you. You might be out of luck. This is why I'm glad that my Android phone only cost me $150 outright. If something like this happens, I'm only out $150 instead of $600. I hope that they will help you but you might be SOL.
