I got caught shoplifting at 16
Today i was at walmart with my friend and we stole a pack of gum, an iphone case, and pregnancy test. I stole the preg.test and gum and she stole the case. Police were involved and it was over 25 dollars so they said we might get a fine from walmart for 150$ and that we will have a court date. We're going to pled guilty. I just got my lisences a week ago can they take that away till i'm 18? They released me to my parents and said i will have a court date in the next two weeks. What can the charges be?
You may get a misdemeanor or a felony for theft or possession of stolen property.
A pregnancy test? What the hell? Anyways, you just have to remain calm an ne honest. Do whatever the police ask and answer everything truthfully. Pray that WalMart doesn't press charges. They most likely won't, but they could. Even if they don't you will still get off with some community service at least.

However I feel angry that my mom won't let me upgrade and I really want to use my moms cards and details to secretly buy a new phone contract. So what will happen if they find out that this isn't me?

This guy placed a fake ad online for an iphone 7 plus, i told him to meet me at a public place which he did, n still decided to rob me gunpoint, couple weeks pass by n they caught him. So he took a good amount of cash from me. Will i get that money back? I need the money he robbed from me how do i do it.
