I have an IPhone 5 and I want to activate it?
I bought an iPhone 5 factory unlocked and I want to activate it without a Sim card and the emergency call way does not work Please any help will be aprreCieated
Need a SIM. Simple as that.
Unfortunately there's no way you could activate it without a simcard. You need to get a simcard for you to activate the iPhone 5.
- What's the reason why you have to have a SIM card to activate an iPhone? What if I want to use my phone after my plan gets canceled. Is that legal without a sim? And is it legal to use someone's sim to activate it if my phone software brakes. But what's the reason that you need one to get into the iPhone? That doesn't seem right at all to not allow someone to get into an iPhone that has one.
- I purchased a used Verizon iPhone 4 and want to activate it on my Verizon account? A friend uses her dad's old iPhone on her AT&T account as her phone without a data plan. I want to do the same and replace my 12 year old's flip phone. Verizon says I must purchase another data plan to activate this phone to my account. Any suggestions? Otherwise we're thru with Verizon.
