I live in Germany and IIm looking to buy an iPhone 6?
If I buy an iPhone from the Apple website, will it work in Germany?
On a European site it should be fine.
Coming in from the US is more of a risk and customs will add duty and VAT onto the phone and shipping.
Add that to the US price and it is cheaper in Europe.
- Moving to Germany from USA to live for at least 3 years to study. How can I still use my phone to text/call/FT Americans while I'm there? Do I need to get a completely new phone? Plan? Phone number? I don't understand this process, as I have never gone through it before. I currently have an IPhone 7 and I use AT&T.
