I'm sorry but I think it is gone, try to call it and I hope you get your phone back. In future they are bring a system in place call kill switch and it job is to kill the phone if someone takes it.

Call your carrier As soon as possible. As long as you have battery power, your phone will send a signal to the nearest tower (as long as it in a reception area and the signal is not obscured by anything). Basically, if the phone is in a place where it can send and receive a text message, it can be located within an accuracy of 3-5 meters.
Report it as lost-at least if someone finds it, they will not be able to use or sell it (legally).

  • My iPhone keeps turning on and off like it turns on and off. Can someone tell me? Okay tbms it turns on and off on and off and then sometimes it shows a red screen for a few seconds then off again and dies out. It's not the battery because I got that changed thinking that it was the cause and it wasn't. So is there anything someone can help me with? The repair guy tried restoring it through iTunes he said it didn't work either it just won't come on it doesn't go pass the Apple logo before shutting off and on again and dying out
  • Lost iPhone 5s, Is sprint aware if your iPhone is in Lost Mode? I lost my iPhone 5s today. I enabled the lost mode in the phone and I'm currently tracking it. Does sprint know when a iPhone is in lost mode? Does it know if you lost your iPhone and your tracking it?

  • Can I retrieve photos that were lost during iPhone 4S system restore? I just got back from NYC and I took over 300 photos with my iPhone 4S. My phone had no service and the guy at the phone place restored it to see if this would solve the issue. I wasn't aware that he would be doing this, so when I got my phone back all the pics/videos everything was gone and my phone is still showing no service. Any suggestions on how I can get these back? My phone is running IOS 6.
