Added (1). I got an iPhone 4 with no SIM card and I need to bypass the lock screen. What command should I tell Siri so I can get in the phone since there's no Sim Card?
You can't do that since the iPhone 4 doesn't support Siri. You could possibly try to hacktivate it, but I don't know if that even works with newer versions of iOS.
Easiest thing would be just to borrow a SIM card from a friend. As long as the SIM card is the same as the carrier that the iPhone is locked to, it should be fine. You only need it for a few minutes until the setup is complete.
