IPhone 4 locked to previous owners Apple ID?
I have an iPhone 4 locked to previous owner's apple I'd, the password to which he doesn't remember. How to I fix it and unlock it so I can use my apple id?
You can't, you have to delete the previous owners Apple Id before you can do anything. This is one of apples security measures to prevent fraud.
You could try and go to an apple store with proof of purchase/ownership and they may be able to help

- Where could I find new previous-generation Apple products for sale? I'm currently in the market for a new computer. I love Apple products (My last main computer was a MacBook, and I use an iPhone), but I actually liked their last generation iMac computer better than the one that was just announced. Is there a company that sells brand-new previous-generation Apple products? Each time Apple announces a new product, I've got to think that there are shelves of unsold previous-generation products still to be bought.
- Setting up an iPhone after resetting it without using previous apple id? Ok, so my title doesn't really make sense but here's my situation. I recently sold an iPhone 4 on ebay and obviously I want to reset it. However, I have been told that after you reset it, you'll have to use the original apple ID you started with. Is this true? If it is, how do I do make it so that you can use any apple ID to set it up?
- Received post from previous owners? My mum had signed a package thinking i ordered it and opened it and asked me about it. I told her i didn't order anything and then she checked the address and it turns out it is someone who we believe lived here a few years ago. It was an iphone xr which came in the post. What should we do and who do we contact? We do not know the person who it was for apart from their name, btw.
- Locked Out Of iPhone 4? Can't Contact Previous Owner? I recently got an iPhone online. I can't contact the owner and the phone is still linked to their Apple ID. So, I can't use it. I already tried recovery mode. Didn't completely erase the phone. Still need Apple ID from previous owner. Can anyone tell me how to COMPLETELY erase it so I won't need the Apple ID or a passcode? I would truly appreciate it!
