Iphone 4s 8gb or 16gb? Do i have the patience?

I really want the iphone 4s. I'm tired of having a basic phone and i'm officially the only one in my family without an iphone. I do NOT have a job but i DO get an allowance (agreement between my parents and i being they will not let me get a job because of my crazy school schedule). I make 20 bucks a week and have been saving for the iphone for a few weeks now. I'm finally at $100 and am half way there but i looked online and i could get one right now, not as good quality or storage space but i could get it. So i need some advice. If i buy it now or $100 it will be an 8gb with a 5 megapixel camera, doesn't come with a few features like the iCloud, Siri, and the 500, 000 Apps in the Apple Store, and etc. The $200 16 gb comes with all of the features listed above AND an 8 megapixel camera. So it seems like the better buy but is it worth it? I mean.5 megapixels is great compared to what i have now, and i'm not really much of a picture person anyways.also, i have an ipod touch thats 8 gb and i havnt even filled all the memory with music or movies so i should be fine with an 8 gb phone, right? Do all the little things really matter? Is it worth the extra $200? I just want one like NOW and i don't know if i'm willing to wait another month and a half lol i'm sorry i know i sound so spoiled right now, but the thought of it being at my fingertips and me not accepting it is bugging me. I just need to know which is the better buy? Should i hold out or go for it now. Thanks for the help.

Added (1). Also, which color do you recommend? Someone told me white is bad with fingerprints but others say its not, and black just seems too boring to me… But i don't want to get it and regret which color i chose.experiences? Preferences?

If you go to RadioShack or Bestbuy you can get a refurbished 16gb 4s for $99 and a 32gb for $199 which would also be refurbished. Personally from experience the Black one is the finger print magnet, where as with the White one you can't really notice scratches or fingerprints. With that being said I think it's more so preference, I've had a Black 4 and ended up returning it for the White one and currently got the 4s last week in Black which I'm really thinking of returning also because of the boringness (not sure if that's even a word haha), fingerprint galore, and I just really think the white one stands out more and seems more like it fits my age better than the black one did.

  • Will a 16GB iPhone 5 have 16GB of space? I want to get an iPhone 5 and the 16GB will suffice, however I'm concerned about the actual space. I have a 32GB iPod Touch but according to iTunes the maximum space available is 28.5GB. Could I expect this sort of thing to happen on the iPhone?
  • Which phone to choose for upgrade? IPhone 4 or 4s, 8gb, 16gb, 32, 64? I'm lucky enough to be able to uprade my phone and choose from IPhone4 or 4s, also choose from 8gb, 16gb, 32gb and 64gb. Now the obvious choice is to get the IPhone 4s 64gb which is the most expensive/flashy But is it necassarily the best one to get for day to day use? Is it bigger for example? Which would you choose and why?
  • Should I get an 8gb or 16gb iPhone? - 1 My parents are willing to pay $199 for my new phone (which would be a 8gb iPhone). They say any more storage than that will be out of my own pocket. I'm thinking about moving up to the $299 16gb iPhone, but I'm not sure if it's worth it. My iTouch is 8gb and not quite full, I just have a lot of useless games that I could delete. I'm 14 and this will be my first smartphone. What do you suggest?
