Iphone 4s turns off with 96% battery left?
I have recently brought an iPhone 4s of eBay, I spoke to the seller and he says the phone is in full working order and is selling it due to upgrade, when I got the iPhone it was in full working order and I put it on charge straight away, when it got to 100% I took it out and was just normally using it but I went to take a picture and it turned off saying I had no battery, I went to charge it and when it turned on it said straight away 30% battery, as time went on the battery drain turned to a higher percentage. Its at 100% and now I take it out for 5 minutes and the batteries already 'drained' even though there's 96% left, I looked online and many users are suffering from this problem and saying it is the new IOS update? No one has a solution and its really bugging me so if you could please help I would be so grateful!
Ask yourself, ' why did he want to get rid of it?' and you have your answer.
There's no solution, obviously it needs a new battery. You can have the apple store put a new battery in though and it will be like a brand new phone again.
- MY IPHONE TURNS ON IN MY LOCKER AND DRAINS Battery Ok so on the bus ride to school i listen to music on my iphone 4. When i get to school i turn off my iphone, i always double check! I put it in my locker than go to class. After school i come back and my iphone is at freaking 4% and its on! I don't know what is going on!

Okay tbms it turns on and off on and off and then sometimes it shows a red screen for a few seconds then off again and dies out. It's not the battery because I got that changed thinking that it was the cause and it wasn't. So is there anything someone can help me with? The repair guy tried restoring it through iTunes he said it didn't work either it just won't come on it doesn't go pass the Apple logo before shutting off and on again and dying out

My iPhone 4 turns off every day, I took it to the apple shop and they said they screwed the battery back in properly as they said part of it was bent, but they didn't do anything else this was quite a while ago now it is constantly turning off and I have to press it in at the back for it to come back on, and when I release my finger it turns off. Any suggestions as to what i could do?
