IPhone 5S not working after upgrading to iOS 9?

It was working for a while, then, when I went to switch apps, the screen completely froze. I can't restart it, I can't do anything. I can hit the buttons and they work, I can't switch to the homescreen when I want to. What should I do?

Maybe take it to a company to fix it that's all I could say.

Backup all you data with iTunes then restore your device to factory settings via iTunes (so it'll redownload the software) once it's done you can put your data back on (iTunes will ask you if you want to)

  • Will upgrading from iOS 5 to iOS 6 delete ANY data? I want to upgrade my iPhone 4 from iOS 5 to iOS 6 DIRECTLY FROM THE iPHONE using the software update option in Settings >> General. Will doing this delete ANY contacts, emails, apps, notes and calendar reminders? I'm MOST concerned about CONTACTS. I have more than 1000 of Contacts.

  • Upgrading from iOS 5 to iOS 7.1.1? Can I upgrade to iOS 7.1.1 even if iOS 7.1.2 is available? I've downloaded the ipsw for the former and I hate to redownload.
  • SIM Card not supported after upgrading to 5.1.1? I have an iPhone 4 unlocked using Gevey Sim Pro and it was firmware 4.3.3 with baseband 4.10.01 i used snowbreeze to preserver the baseband and then proceeded to upgrade to 5.1.1 from itunes when it said that the SIM card is not supported. It was originally locked to rogers and i unlocked it to use fido. how do i fix this?
