Is it possible to commit a felony crime using nothing but one's own iphone?

Suppose one uses his/her iphone to do the following things:

Send tweets threatening to organize/commit domestic terror attacks on real places and times and uses phone app to purchase items to be used in conspiracy to commit criminal acts

Transmitting of lewd graphic images to minors under the age of 18, using an iphone or android

Using the iphone telephone keypad to misuse 911 emergency service in a so-called prank

Use of iphone email to spam others without their consent

So what if a person accused of these activities using an iphone says in their defense? "I'm not guilty because all I did was touch an iphone touch screen. Since there's no buttons on an iphone other than the home button, it's not fair to rule out that all the person did was touch a piece of stainless steal glass with their thumb

How hence can they be guilty of doing nothing more than touching glass on a rectangular touch screen?

Hence you're tarded. This is possibly the stupidest question I have ever read.

Why not employ the same logic to shooting a gun? "All I did was touch a small piece of steel".

Of course you can commit a felony using nothing but a phone. Saying "all I did was press a button" is not a legal defense to the consequences of pushing that button.

Doggy style

  • Will I go to jail or receive a felony for a iPhone I found and sold? Or what are the odds? Yes I actually found it, it was left on a staircase with no one around and after a while I just decided I would go to GameStop and see what they would offer me. I ended up getting 100 dollars but now I'm worried someone might call it in stolen or missing and they'll track me down.
  • What will happen if I break my Probation for the same crime? I just got put on probation for the theft f an iPhone 5, and I just stole an iPhone 4S a month after that and the police came to my house and got the iPhone from me. So, I was wondering if I did break my probation, what will happen to me? I had a six month probation.
  • Is this a crime (against the law)? So basically i bought an iphone 5 off my 'friend' for £350, she said the phone was unlocked, when actually it was locked to 02. I need the phone to be on orange as i have a sim on contract for 2 years. She basically sold me phone with false essential information. - what do i do? NOWHERE unlocks iphone 5's. One person said he would do it. For £130!
  • Is there a way to get cheap Wi-Fi service, without having to commit to spending 30, 40 or $50 a month? I'm trying to find a service that's less than 1 GB of data a month. Something cheap that I can use on my iPhone 8+. I already have a monthly cellular data service (Unlimited). But for some reason, apps do not download well using it. Apps seem to download a lot faster using Wi-Fi. I don't know why that is-they just do.
