What will happen if I break my Probation for the same crime?

I just got put on probation for the theft f an iPhone 5, and I just stole an iPhone 4S a month after that and the police came to my house and got the iPhone from me. So, I was wondering if I did break my probation, what will happen to me? I had a six month probation.

What do you THINK will happen? You're going to jail. You don't get probation again. You're also not very bright to confess in public.

Likely have to serve out your remaining ORIGINAL sentence as well as serve the new one. You will also look like an idiot in front of the Judge and DA. Don't expect any consideration of a plea deal either, and expect consecutive sentences.

If you are an adult, you are probably going to jail. If you are a juvenile, you have a pretty good chance of being put in secure detention for a period of time. Time to learn to respect other peoples property.

Doesn't sound good. Why would you do that anyways? Don't you understand that it's wrong?

You'll be arrested and serve your original sentence.

  • What will happen if I use Wi-Fi and 4G LTE at the same time? I'm buying my first smartphone and its going to be a iPhone 5.So I I know you can use Wi-Fi instead of data network but How do I do that? Do I need to turn of Data Network? Also if I have LTE and Wi-Fi on. Which will the phone use?
  • What will happen if i use Kik messenger with 2 devices at the same time? - 1 If I'm already logged into kik messenger through my iPhone, what will happen if I log into kik messenger on my iPad while still logged onto kik through my iPhone? Will it delete my previous messages on my iPhone? Will I still be able to message people back through both devices?
  • What happens to a minor who is charged with theft while on probation? Someone stole my brand new 500$ iPhone at school on Wednesday, and I found out who it was today. The person is currently on probation, but my family will be pressing charges. Is there a possibility this person could be locked up? If not, what would his punishment be?
  • Is this a crime (against the law)? So basically i bought an iphone 5 off my 'friend' for £350, she said the phone was unlocked, when actually it was locked to 02. I need the phone to be on orange as i have a sim on contract for 2 years. She basically sold me phone with false essential information. - what do i do? NOWHERE unlocks iphone 5's. One person said he would do it. For £130!
