Is it possible to downgrade iPhone 6 to iOS 6.1.3?
One friend of mine found an iphone 6 he wiped it and now hes stuck at the activation lock. The only way to use hes phone is by icloud dns bypass But activation lock was created after ios 7 so any idevice which is downgradeable to ios 6 can remove activation lock. The thing is that iPhone 6 was born with iOS 7 or 8 Can it reach iOS 6.1.3

Not only is it impossible to downgrade, it is also impossible to bypass an iCloud lock. You have a useless phone, it is nothing but an expensive paperweight unless you sell it for parts.
It is possible to downgrade iOS version i've done it with my iPhone 4 and After that with my brother iPhone 4s from iOS 7.1.2 to 6.1.3 and from 8.1.3 to 7.1.2 but i don't know if it's possbile to downgrade an iPhone that never knew iOS 6.1.3 ( By the way you can bypass icloud lock with dns servers but you can't use the full phone for example you can use youtube, facebook etc. But you can't use Phone, SMS, Camera explect flash you can use that xD)
