Is it still worth buying an iPhone 5C?
Is the 5C a future proof device?
I don't feel going for the 5S.
Also, waiting for the next iPhone won't be for me because of the rumors of a bigger screen. I'm not a fan of big screens. I'm a fan of a compact but snappy device.
I believe iphone will release 2 phones 1 with same size screen better spec etc. But another with biggr screen

S5 IS USER FRIENDLY WHILE 5C IS NOT. I HAVE USED BOTH OF EM.
5S is best but 5C is also a good option.
I would prefer to buy an iPhone with bigger screen because the present one is two small.
The 5s is the better phone to get between the 2, but the 5c is fine as well if that's your preference
The 5C is effectively a repackaging of last years model, while the 5S has better speed and features like fingerprint security, the retina display has plenty of pixels packed into a not too huge screen. Your guaranteed that each year a faster more feature laden version will come out, it's really a matter of the 5C is adequate for the apps you need, Apple does a fair job of continuing to support older models, but probably not beyond 5 years.

So I've been iPhone 4 for about a year now and I decided to have an upgrade because it's running so slow on iOS 7:c I'm wondering if the 5s is still new and up to date because the iPhone 6 is coming up and Apple usually buries their older iPhones when two years go by. I heard that with the new iOS7.1 it might not be worth it because the system is so new. Is this true? I need it to function as a phone of course, but also to play music, possibly surf the internet, and have a decent amount of apps that I know I would use a lot. Opinions? Or should I search somewhere else for a newer version at a later date?
