Is this a good internet connection (picture included)?
I noticed that my Internet is starting to go slow. I have an iphone 5s and I'm pretty sure it's not my phone. But is this a good connection? I don't know too much of this stuff.

the best but, as good as I can get here in the country.
- What's included with a Verizon 2 year contract? I was looking into getting a new phone, and Verizon has the iPhone 4s for 99 dollars with a 2 year contract. How does the 2 year contract work? Would you get unlimited Talk text and Data? And how much would it be a month? I saw somewhere that it said $40 but that's a deal you can only find on Metro PCS
- What programs do I use to make photos like this? (pics included)? So I want to know how to turn normal pictures into pictures like these with and iPhone app or even a computer program I know about photoshop and I have photoshop but I have no idea how to use it. - Personal hotspot cost money? Or included with iphone 5c? I just got the iphone 5c today and it lets me give out Wi-Fi. My question is am I paying extra for this or is it taking away from my 4GB of data that I have monthly? I have att and live in Ca. I was planning on using the personal hotspot for my laptop to do homework. If it does use my monthly datat how much do you think my laptop would use for an hour of browsing watching videos?
