My iPhone 5 froze completely?

My iPhone 5 froze completely and the buttons won't work the battery droped from 90 to 0 so I put it on the charger and it shut off and now it turned back on but nothing works and then it shuts off and back on I just don't know what's going on with it.

Your phone seems to be having some very suspicious activity. As I'm not there in person and I have no videos to see what is exactly happening, all I can suggest is to restart your phone. You won't lose any data or anything in this process. To do this, start with the phone on, then hold down the sleep/wake (power) button and home button at the same time until you see the phone restart. This will try and fix the phone for you.
If this doesn't work, take it into my colleagues at your local Apple retail store!

I can't restart it the buttons won't work and its turning on and off.

  • My IPhone works completely fine sometimes but a lot of times I can't use it and it's completely unresponsive to my touch? I scheduled an appointment to fix my very cracked screen and I was just wondering if this will fix my problem for sure or is there something else that may be causeing the screen to be unresponsive?
