My iPhone is disabled and recovery mode isn't working. What do I do?
I broke my phone about 5 months ago and just got it fixed. I forgot my password so I just guessed what I thought it might be. I guessed in correctly many times and now my phone is disabled. I tried recovery mode on three different computers. I used my laptop, a computer at my grandparents' house and the family computer used for school work. After about fifteen minutes, my phone leaves recovery mode and resets before iTunes is finished doing what it has to do. I took my phone to Verizon to see if they could do anything and they said they can't. I have no idea what to do about this anymore. Does anybody know what to do?
Added (1). The phone is an iPhone 5c if that has anything to do with anything.
Buy a new phone. That is the price you pay for being stupid. Stupid people always end up being more miserable and financially poor than normal people. It'll follow you the rest of your miserable life.
- What's the difference between restore and recovery mode on an iphone? Just wondering I heard people talking about stuff and it sounds like there the same thing what's the difference?
- I forgot my passcode and I put my iphone 4 in recovery mode? So It was in recovery mode but it switched and now its doing a ''iphone software update'' after its done doing this update will it let me restore it? And no you don't have to put the passcode to restore it there's another way to put it on recovery mode even if you forgot your passcode
- My iphone is stuck in recovery mode and keeps playing up I'm sick of it! I bought an iphone online amazon £210, recently its been playing up i mean when i first got it the audio sound didn't work when you record a video, but now the lock button doesn't work, it goes into recovery mode, so i update it, its fine for about an hour then the precess repeats, not just this but the battery percentage remains at 7% and doesn't seem to change it is non refundable what do i do: o help! - My iphone 4s stuck in recovery mode and won't charge? My iphone is out of battery so when i try to charge it apple logo comes up for about 5 seconds, and then it shows recovery mode, So i connected it to my windows pc itunes but since its out of battery it won't connect to itunes, Oh and when it shows recovery mode its supposed to charge but as soon as i take out plug it goes black screen and won't turn on(shuts down).
