Red circle appeared on the phone app of my iPhone 5s and won't go away?
I've had my iPhone 5s for 7 months now and just yesterday a red circle appeared in the phone app. I heard it had something to do with voicemail but minor sure. How do I get rid of it?
This is probably normal for all smartphones these days, you have to call up voicemail, delete or archive all your new messages, and then it should be gone.
Red circles next to any app (with a number attached) means 'a number something' in that app is waiting on you. On the phone icon it could mean a missed called or more likely a voicemail. Here's the instructions. Best luck.
