What iPhone app can I use to create that trippy red and blue 3D filter?
I'm sure at least *some* of you know what I'm talking about… I've searched, put my heart and soul into the app store, and I've had no luck finding an app that will give me that trippy 3D look. Can any of you help me out?

- What iphone app has the filter with bubbles like the one in the picture? I always see pictures that have those bubbles, but I can never find any apps that do this. If you know any photo editing apps that does this please let me know.
- What iphone app/filter is this? I've been seeing a lot of people using a filter on photos that looks really cool but I don't know the name of it! Its NOT on Instagram and so I'm wondering if its an app. The filter looks like it really saturates the photo in a light blueish color and leaves an orangeish/red streak in the upper left corner of the photo, Please help!
