Should I Buy a Stolen iPhone 4S?
Some guy found an iPhone 4S 32GB and wanted to sell it for $200 on Craigslist. It's probably been reported stolen.
So I was wondering if I buy it would i be able to use it on AT&T or tmobile?
Can I sell it to someone else for higher if they want to unlock it?

Well, if I were you, I wouldn't buy it. It sucks to be in the owner's situation. Not only is it dangerous to keep it but it can be also traced through its IMEI. And if you bought it, you might be funding a thief's drugs. I mean, you're not sure whether he'll use it in a proper way or otherwise. He may use it to buy illegal drugs. So if you'll ask me, I wouldn't buy it.
