Should I buy the Nokia Lumia 822 or Iphone 4?

I'm getting my first smartphone tomorrow and I'm completely torn between the Nokia Lumia 822 and the Iphone 4. I have used both phones before and are familiar with them, I just need a bit of insight on which is better. I like how the Lumia comes with office and it has a big screen/ keypad but at the same time I like how the Iphone has all the apps I love. I'm looking to use the internet a lot on this phone and also download a couple small apps (not games) so which sounds like it would fit me better?

Lumia. Remember, Verizon will start selling the new Lumia 928 starting next Thursday for $99. The camera on the 928 is spectacular. Look it up on Youtube.

Lumia 822, More ram, better processor, better camera, two yeas newer, at the end of the day i'm not sure what you can even play on the iphone 4 anymore, it is quite old. 822 is more future-proof.

I'd recommend the Nokia Lumia 822 over the iPhone 4.

5. Facebook, Twitter, Xbox, Office, Skype all built in; plus live tiles to keep the people, apps and information you need front and centre.

As a drawback, it doesn't have nearly as many apps as the iPhone 4. Regardless, the 822 is a far superior phone otherwise.

In my opinion I would suggest that you go for iPhone it is better for starters and very simple in handling. But if you may allow to suggest then I would strongly suggest that do not take iPhone 4 instead take iPhone 4S. If you take iPhone 4S at this time it will still remain kind of upgraded for at least until new iPhone gets launched in market it is because there's not a lot of difference between iPhone 4s and iPhone 5 currently. You can also utilize Siri with 4S which is not available for iPhone 4.
