Why not buy a dedicated camera instead?
The 4-in1 is more of a novelty lens in my opinion with it's fisheye, wide angle, and two macro lens. I had the original Olloclip which was like the 4-in-1 with only one macro, and I found that I almost never used the fisheye or macro lens except in playing around and experimenting. I see the new Active as a bit more practical with it's wide-wide lens and 2x telephoto. In fact I plan to buy the Active for my iPhone 6s -- it's currently on backorder.
If you can afford it, the best answer to your question is to buy both, since they each provide different lens. There's no overlap or duplicates functions.
