Strange black car outside my house again?
During the day, this car sits right outside my house. It looks like a new car.
There's always someone in it. The windows are dark and it kinda looks like a man, not sure. The person just sits there playing on their ipod/iphone or doing nothing.
The car is parked right at the end of my small driveway where my family or I usually park.
No one in my family knows this person. When my sister was leaving and walking to her car, she stared at the person.
About ten minutes later the person left.
Might be a private investigator, but this person doesn't show up on the exact schedule everyday.
I'll take a picture. I can't really get the plate number without walking up to the car though.
If the car comes back, should I call the cops (non-emergency number)?
Added (1). It's right in front of my front door. If we exit the house and walk straight then the black car is right there.

Get the plate number, then call the cops.
Call the police and see if it's them. If it is there on official business, you can't really interfere with that. If it's not there for any legal business, the person can be asked to move on.
I guess calling the police about a suspicious vehicle would just be too complicated huh? I really wish the fiction writers would practice elsewhere.
Got a smartphone? Go out and take pics of the car and license number but do it with a disguise. This may be Hillary looking to steal your vote.
Perhaps the MiB? Walk up to the car - get the license plate number. No need to be nonchalant. You have a legit concern, and the car is on a public road. This is how "neighborhood watch" works.
