Tried to log into acct on iphone. Got MFMessage ErrorDomain1032. What's that? What do I do?

I was forced to change password first. I have done that. It still won't work.

Checked bank/called bank & I there are no blocks & there are plenty of money to cover anything. How can I fix this issue? Need Help!
