What can you do with an unlocked iphone?
I'm debating whether to get an ipod 5 or an unlocked iphone 4, what can i do with it?
You can make calls, texts and use internet over 3G on iPhones. It also has a better camera and more other minor features.
Well if you've lost the key it's broke as tiny robbers will get in during the night and steal all of your apps
The only difference between a locked & unlocked iPhone (or any phone for that matter) is that you could use it on any GSM carrier in the world vs a locked one which is only limited to 1.
You can essentially use any carrier's SIM in your iPhone so you are not 'locked' to one carrier. Meaning you could use a sim from anywhere in the world.
You can insert the sim card of your favorite carrier and use it and can change your carrier whenever you want:-)
- Why when you buy IPhones from different country you need to have it unlocked? My friend told me that if i'm buying my phone from States and bringing it to asia i have to wait for 2 years for it to unlock why is that?
- What would you do if you found an unlocked iPhone? Would you go through their texts, and photos? I lost mine a while ago, and somebody went through all of my messages and got me suspended from school. So I'm just wondering what other people would have done, if in that situation? Oh, being the curious person I'm I might stalk someone and go through all of their personal stuff, because I'm just a terrible person haha. BUT I would try my best to return the phone to them.

- If I Buy A Factory Unlocked/GSM Unlocked Iphone 5, Can I Use It With T-mobile? I'm not exactly sure what factory unlocked or GSM unlocked mean, but I just want to know If I can use the phone with T-mobile or if I'd have to switch carriers.
