What exactly is icloud backup for the iphone?
I'm so confused
It backs up all your info, phone numbers, songs, etc to online, so if you loose/break your phone, u still have all the info that is on it. You can retrieve it by signing in on a comp with your apple ID.
It backs up the iPhone's data so that if you changing phones or have a data loss you could recover it pretty much anywhere.
- WHATSAPP BACKUP! Why can't i find the backup conversation button in chat settings? I need to backup my whatsapp convo to iCloud from my iPhone 4s, because i wanna transfer the chat history to my iPhone 5s… But somehow i can't find the "backup conversation" button in chat settings. I have alrdy downloaded the latest version of whatsapp… WHAT IS GOING WRONG?
- What exactly is iCloud storage? I'm running out of space on my iPhone and I was going to buy 200 gb of iCloud storage. If I do this, will I get more storage on my phone for music and everything else?
- What exactly does the iPhone backup back up? I'm going to update my iPhone software (finally!) and I'm worried that all of my data won't be saved. For example, will I have all of my notes, picture folders, app data, emails, etc? I'm terrified that I'll lose my notes. I can email them to myself if need be and there's really no way to back it up, but I'd like to aboid that tedious process if possible.
- What does iCloud do exactly? I want all my photos on my iPod touch get on to my new iPhone and I want to know if I get more storage for iCloud can I have all my photos to my iPhone.
