What happens if you nunplug your iphone 5 on it's first charge?
Okay so I got and Iphone 5 last night and I let the battery drain and stuff and I plugged it in and the people at the phone store told me I have 2 wait 8 hours before I should use it again. So I did and I went to bed and when I woke my iphone accedentily wasnts plugged in… What do I do when this happens and will this effect my phone in anyway thank you!
They said the same thing when i baught my first iphone 4s. I didn't follow there istructions and nothing happened. It's been a year i'm using it nothing ever happened.
It's fine. Just make sure it's charged before you use it again. Relax. These phones are tougher than they look!
I'ts just a precautionary measure so if there was a problem with the battery they wouldn't be at fault. The basic idea is to prolong the battery life by letting it run down to zero then fully charge it and unplug it when its done.
Nothing will happen if it wasn't plugged in though, the phone will be fine. Just try not to half charge it all the time or the battery won't stay charged for as long.
Plug it again and make sure it stays that way for the next 8 hours. Relax. Nothing is broken.

- What happens when you block someone on an iPhone 6, and they text you or call you? Specifically, does the phone keep ringing or does it say the call can't be made? Does the text deliver and just never show up on the receiving phone, or does the sender get a message saying the text can't be sent? (The other phone is not an iPhone.)
- What happens if you charge your iPhone 4 for a week? I Left my iphone at church and i forgot it there. Would the iphone it self stop working? or will the charger stop working? or will it just stop charging it?
