What to do with blocked iPhone 4S?

I found an iPhone 4S, went to do the good deed and hand it in but it's already been reported/blocked. It turns on and you can see the persons screensaver and an alarm they set can go off, but there's a passcode so it's unusable. Is there anything I can do with it? I'm pretty sure it's of absolutely no use, but can I sell any parts or something?
