Why can't we find MH370 with todays technology?

You track a lost iphone but you can't track such a huge plane with 239 lives so what can we say about our so called technology.Able to reach Mars but not able to trace the plane…

Still a mystery despite the technology what we invented till now. A very challenge to the science and technology. We're unable to track a big aeroplane which shows the imperfection of the human's creations.

A huge plane but a massive search area. Much like a needle in a haystack. I agree the black box signal seems to be ineffective. Maybe it is a couple of miles under the sea.

Military doesn't want to reveal it's technology for a salvage mission.

  • Why do so many people go crazy for new gadgets and technology? Queue up for days just to be the first to get a new iPhone… Upgrading things when the old one works just fine… Why do people want the newest "in" thing so much? What's wrong with buying a phone and keeping it for 5 years until it breaks down and THEN replacing it?
  • Why do people want to get the latest technology? I still have an iPhone 4S, it's working fine except the home button is messed up but I can live with it. Because the phone can still be used to call and do what phones do. Why do people feel the need to buy the latest Phone when they don't need it?
  • Why are elderly people so confused with technology most of the time? My grandma has had an iPhone for years and still doesn't know how to use it… She always asks me to help her with things that are so simple. Same with my granddad and my older aunts and uncles. They seem like they don't know how to use the simplest user friendly technology and when me or someone else who is young fixes it so easily they think were magicians. I know they didn't grow up with technology but really, is it that hard to figure out? (Not trying to offend anyone btw)
  • What would happen if i went back in time 25 years with a bunch of todays technology? Like if i went back with an iphone, a playstation 4, swag, a skrillex cd, and a laptop. Would i be rich? Would i be a god
