Why did Amazon give me a refund when I haven't refunded my purchase yet?
So I recently requested a refund from Amazon for an iPhone case and they emailed me today saying that I have my money back on Amazon. I had like 14 dollars, now I have 22, without returning the item yet. So my question is, do I have to return the item or do I just get my money back while I keep the item? And is Amazon going to send me some envelope to return the item in?

- USPS lost my package from eBay and the seller refunded me, should I still file a missing package claim? I had ordered the iPhone 7 for my birthday last week and I never received my package. I went through a whole ordeal with USPS (who was no help at all). Eventually the eBay seller was happy to issue me a full refund but I'm wondering if it's worth my time to file a missing package claim.
- If I haven't started my plan with fido yet and i put my sim card into my iphone will i get billed? I just got my iphone 4s and sim card from fido. I don't want to start my plan yet, but will i get billed if I put my sim card into my phone? I can't even get through through the start up of my phone because it says i need to insert a sim card.
