Why is my USPS package taking so long?
I bought a iPhone 5s case at this site:

I got the tracking number on January 30,2014. The package is from Hong Kong shipping to New York, it's First-Class Package International Service. And when i emailed the site on why its taking so long, they said my case got on the plane on January 6,2014 and yet it's been 11 days. It's been on Processed Through Sort Facility for 11 days.
So why is it taking so long? Is the website legit? I know there was some delay because of Chinese new year but it shouldn't be taking this long.
I think the website is ok, but sometimes there are some delay on this shipment way.
I ever brought a case from www.icolorcase.com, after two weeks, I got it.
I really like the case very much, but the shipment time is a little too long for me.

- Will I get my USPS Package today? Ok, so I ordered a iPhone on Black Friday from Amazon, the guy kept saying he was gunna ship it and finally did on the 3. I never heard of any more tracking so I called three days ago and the lady said it was still in Florida and they were gunna do priority 2 day mail. So this morning at 3 am it was in Sacrament, then at 5 it was at the post office the next town over (2 min. Drive) I have a po box at my local post office, do you think I'll get it today?
- Why is my package taking so long? I bought a iPhone case like 2 ekes ago and the shipping was 2-3 days and they still haven't gotten here. Plus I'm in Houston and they went to Houston then got shipped to Dallas?
- USPS lost my package from eBay and the seller refunded me, should I still file a missing package claim? I had ordered the iPhone 7 for my birthday last week and I never received my package. I went through a whole ordeal with USPS (who was no help at all). Eventually the eBay seller was happy to issue me a full refund but I'm wondering if it's worth my time to file a missing package claim.
- Sent a package with USPS without persons name or return address So I bassicly ****** this one up I sold an iPhone and I shipped it priority 2 day small box the persons address was on it however I failed to put a name or my address incase it needs returned I only have 50$ insurance on it and shipping confirmation do you think it will be okay?
