Will an android sim card fit in an iphone 3?
So, I broke my Samsung Infuse and my friend told me I could have her old iPhone 3 till I can afford to buy a new phone. Would my sim card from my Samsung Infuse (I got two yrs ago) fit into my friends iPhone 3. I heard it will from like 3 people, but my dad doesn't know anything about phones so he can't really tell me anything either. Someone help me out? I tried googling it but everything said about iPhone 4 or iPhone 5… This is an iPhone 3.
The Iphone 3 takes the normal sim card. Is your sim card is as big as 2 key board keys then yes
There's no iPhone 3. IPhone 3G or iPhone 3GS.
The 3G or 3GS used miniSIMs (what most call standard SIMs).
The more important issue is if the phones are either unlocked or part of the same network. If neither then the SIM wouldn't work in the iPhone.
Oh & there's no special iPhone or Android SIM. A SIM is a SIM.
- Will I be able to transfer my contract from a regular Sim card to a Micro Sim card? I want to buy an iPhone 4S on T-mobile, but my current T-mobile sim card is a regular one that would not fit in to the iPhone 4S. Would I be able to somehow move my contract on to the new Micro Sim?
