Will Apple replace my iPhone 5s with a new one?
I haven't even had my phone for a year yet, not even a month and already I'm noticing how slow it's becoming. For a phone that's suppose to be running on LTE it's lagging quite a bit. Here's some examples
1. Videos do not play all way thru
2. Apps take at least 5 min or more to download
3. ITunes takes about 5 minutes to open
4. Instagram photos take forever to load plus videos do not play all the way thru or right away
This is very frustrating considering I payed for this phone. Will Apple replace it with a BRAND NEW one?
It could be your service provider, not your phone. Call the provider first and complain and see what you get.
No. They will replace it with a refurbished unit. You have a used phone, they will replace it with a used phone.
The phone has nothing to do with that so no, they won't do anything. Thats your carrier.
I would make sure you close all your background apps though, double tap home key and then swipe up to close out open apps, that will take up phone resources but speed is affected by your carrier, not your phone.
- When Apple replaces your iphone, is the new one really a used one? I recently got my iphone 5 replaced, and when the guy was getting the new one he just took one out of a plain white box. I'm just wonderingly if that iphone was used before and went through a whole process to be fixed and restored to looking brand new.
- My iphone5 charger is broken and i got new one but not the apple one? So the charger is travel charger and it says charge quickly, constant voltage supply, over volt/over current protection, thermal shutdown protection.( btw its from AFIS korea) My phone really charge faster but i keep getting this message when charging "this cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably" 1st is it ok to use this charger? And if its fine then can it be harmful to use travel charger everyday?

The only problem is the on and off button will not work correctly, I have to repeatedly press it hard in order for it to turn on or off. And another problem is at the bottom of the screen there's a green light that's stays on the screen for about 3 seconds or so. I got my phone last year, so my warranty is up. But if I take it to an apple store and show them what's wrong, will they exchange it for one that's never been used?
