Woke up with a red dot on my eye touching iris?
So I've googled it but I can't really find anything that's exactly what happened to me. So.
I woke up this morning with a blurred red dot that looked circular but half of it was "covered" by my iris(there was no gap between my iris and the redness. It was small and wasn't anywhere near the corners of my eye so I don't think it was just so-called bloodshot. As far as I know there wasn't any trauma to my eye as I woke up with it and I hadn't hurt my eye before going to sleep, it didn't hurt this morning either.
by midday it had gone away and then now, before I'm going to bed, I looked again and it seems to be reappearing. My eye is currently watering(which could be due to removing makeup) but it feels slightly weird and sore inside my eyeball.
i'm 17, female and I don't get much sleep, I work on computers and iphone most of the day too, and I'm supposed to wear glasses but I don't, i do not have a strong prescription and I'm only supposed to wear glasses when my eyes feel tired(although I don't)…

what is wrong with my eye?!
My mom had a tiny blood vessel break and there was a red blurry dot. Dr. Don't know exactly what causes this. It can be anything from eye strain to an injury that you thought wasn't a big deal. You can check with an eye doctor to make sure. The good thing is that if your eye ball doesn't turn completely red with blood, it will heal itself in a week or two.
Go to a website called "Just answer". You will have to pay for the information. But it is a real website where you will be able to get a real answer from a real eye doctor. An Opthalmologist is an M.D. That specializes in treating the eyes.
- Why won't my red eye edit stick? I have an iPhone 4S, & whenever I go to fix my red eye & save it, it works. But as soon as I try to upload my picture to Instagram, the red eye edit goes away. How can I fix this?
- Why is there a red dot on my iphone? So i didn't notice till today that there's a red dot next to the front speaker under the camera on my 5s i've never seen it until today, i couldnt help but notice that when i don't touch the screen the light gets dim but when i do touch it the light, lights up again.
