Won't Stop Getting iMessage Notifications?
So I have an iPhone 6S and my mom has a MacBook Pro for her work. She doesn't really use the Mac much so I use it a lot more than her. At one point I had connected my iMessage to her MacBook. She needed the computer for work one day and I logged my iCloud out. I went through and deleted all the conversations still left on there. I had the Mac off for a few days and when I turned it back on all my iMessage from my phone for the past few days were blowing up on there. Even though I was logged out. And had deleted all the messages, they were back. I don't know what to do. I don't want all of my messages being on there in case my mom needs her computer. That's just weird. And they won't go away! Could someone please help me figure this out?
Not sure what you mean by "figure this out". You can tell what you want, such as "I want my mom's computer not to have my Messages account." For that…
- On the Mac, open Messages app.
- Click the Messages menu at top left, and choose "Preferences" (You will always go to 'Preferences' for any app to change how you prefer for it to work.)
- Select the "General" tab.
- Below your account email address or phone number, it says "Enable this account.
- Remove the checkmark.

He has iMessage on his phone and can iMessage all his friends but he can't iMessage me. We both have iMessage turned on on our phones but they simply will not iMessage each other.
- ICloud problems. Won't stop connecting iPhone and iPod. Need steps to stop it? I have an iPhone and my little sister has a iPod that are both set up under my name. Ever since I updated her iPod everything I download starts downloading on her iPod. I even deleted my iCloud account on my phone and her iPod (ended up losing all my contacts over this).It's starting to get really annoying. Can someone please give me steps I can follow to end this connection. Don't tell me to call apple or whatever because I don't have 2 hours to sit on the phone.
