Air bubble under otterbox defender case?

I have an air bubble under my otterbox case that won't go away. It is not an oil slick. It is actual air in between the phone and case. I can feel it when I type and swipe and scroll. I have tried using the credit card to push it out. It doesn't work. I have removed and put the case back on so many times. Nothing seems to work. Makes me wonder if the case isn't fitting right. I did not have this problem with my other otterbox. I have a white iPhone 4S if that helps

It seems as if your case is either a counterfeit or domething went wrong when it was being made. If you contact otterbox they might be able to help you more.

  • Otterbox commuter case vs defender? Which to get? I'm looking for a practical case (for iphone 5) that has very strong protection. I want my case to be able to withstand drops on the concrete, floor, etc. I don't really mind bulkiness, but I don't know whether to get the defender, because its supposedly stronger, or the commuter, because it seems to fit my needs and is cheaper. Ultimate auestion, which should I get?
