An iPhone Texting App That Works Offline?
For some reason I'm not able to text and so I downloaded an app but when I go to different places I need Wi-Fi to be able to text. So can anyone help me find an app that works offline with texting.
That's not even possible. In order to send and receive information you need some sort of wireless communication, such as Wi-Fi, a 3G network or even Bluetooth. It's not and will never be possible to send offline texts.
Facebook messenger can do that
The messages won't actually be delivered though until you get connection
But you can type and send a message when you r offline
Impossible.

Now it is. The app is called "jott". You have to be within a certain distance of each other, but it works online and offline
You can get it with iOS but I'm not sure with android

Having known that the native Maps app on iPhone doesn't load maps without Wi-Fi or without cellular data (which is expensive abroad), I need an app that can have maps loaded. I know Maps can have the whole route loaded but not zoomed in, but when it comes to cities, it is necessary to have a map that loads when you zoom in, to see intersections and such.
