Any advice on password management that my tech-challenged, 72 year old mother can use on both her iPjone and CjromeBook?

It seems like every time my mom has to log into her account for any website, she needs my help recovering/changing her password. Each site, almost every time, every single day.

Is there any password manager type software that can work on both ChromeBook and iPhone that is dummy-proof and easy to use and that
keeps her login and password Iinfo synced for both devices? Or any ideas on a different solution to stop the constant daily password changing?

Whatever the solution is, it has to work with her limited tech-savvyness, short attention span, minimal patience, and horrible memory.

A pencil and notepad. When she leaves, she can hide it.

She writes down the passwords.

Use the same password for all sites.

Write every thing down in a notebook (old school paper notebook and pencil).
All account information, banking details. Everything she does on the internet.
We all should do this and make sure it is location is noted in or Will's. So when we go the the happy hunting ground the executor of our estate will be able to short things out.

Lastpass might be something to look into.

I'd advise against using the same password for everything for security but a good compromise is something like a string of numbers she can recognise with the name of the service appended, good sites will hash the password so its always a different hash if thats what hackers get. Something like dob.sitename will be fairly easy to remember and also be enough to make it different on each site and thwart a simple hash lookup.

For important things like banking etc maybe find out if she is happy for you to deal with it for her. Would maybe give you work but at least you know you are in control of her security. This depends on how she feels giving control away to you it might not be something that she wants for many reasons.
