Any meditation iPhone apps for a beginner?
I want to start meditating, but I'm completely clueless about meditation. Does anyone know any good apps out there that will help me with my breathing and introduce opening chakras in a manner that's simple? Preferably some that are free, but I know that possibility is slim.
