Added (1). I'm travelling to Mexico City friday and i want to be able to use facebook and such over there, Is there a way i could get some data for a cheap price? Can i buy a TELCEL reloadable card if i have a Sprint Iphone? Oh and i'm also going to stay in Mexico for a whole month, But only a week in Mexico City & The rest in a small village town somewhere in Hidalgo. I know i could use CyberCafes and such but I also want to make calls to the US

You could buy a prepaid sim card at a cellphone store in Mexico if your phone company will let you use a foreign SIM. Otherwise you could buy a data card.

That Sprint phone will be of no use. Sprint uses CDMA technology; all the Mexican companies use GSM (AT&T, T-Mobile). You might consider buying an inexpensive GSM smartphone with a prepaid SIM, if you Really need your phone.

I'd recommend getting a used phone in the US, then buying the SIM in Mexico. Reloading your phone in Mexico is amazingly easy. You can do it any any of the zillion OXXO convenience stores and at most major stores as well. This is a little easier than a recharge card if you don't speak Spanish well.

The cyber-cafés are everywhere, and they are very inexpensive. At those public computers, you could use Skype, GoogleVoice, or some other voice-over-internet, but you won't have much privacy.

I have an iPhone 4 a friend gave me for Christmas and I was looking to use it without data and just be able to go on the Internet when I have Wi-Fi, is there a way maybe if I factory unlock it that AT&T will not charge me for a data plan when I put my sim card in?

I really want a cute monogram with my initials or my first initial on it for my iphone wallpaper, but I don't want to have to spend any money. I know there are plenty of apps that make monograms, but they either cost money, or don't look good.
