A local shop quoted me £120 to unlock my iPhone from orange. Is there anywhere chepaer? Does apple do it? A service provider?

Go to your local open market and there's bound to be a mobile telephone/Sim card supplier on site. Should cost about £8-10. Any more and they are ripping you off.
