Apple iphone on cricket. Should i buy it?

Alright so cricket got the iPhone 4s for 500! I'm 16 and I have 800 bucks saved up. 6k for my car. Now 500 is a lot for me. I cut lawns saved my birthday money and did favors for people every now and then and got money. I saved up. I always wanted a iPhone and they seem nice to have. But I hear the new iPhone comes out in late or early October. Will cricket get it as soon as it releases? Anyone know? If there a site could you put the URL please. Should I get it? Is it amazing?

Personally I would keep the $800 for now and wait for the new iPhone to come out since its not TOO far away. As for the release date, nobody knows when it will actually come out, or even be announced, but yeah everyone thinks its going to be October, so it is likely something will happen then. And yes, it should be amazing.

Prepaid services such as Cricket and Virgin Mobile who have acquired the iPhone 4S have altered lower models such as the 8GB model to solely operate their cellular networks because they are widely different from the competitors (AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint), So be wary of this. If your planning on paying the big money then be prepared for the charges that come with it. These no-contract services have no ties with Apple so they will not offer any support when it comes to maintaining the device, You'll have to purchase AppleCare after your one-year warranty is up (that is if you plan to have insurance on the iPhone, which is highly recommend). Plus, I'm not sure about monthly cellular plans that are offered through Cricket so be aware of them before you buy.iPhones uses data, even if your not using it (Runs internet-based apps in background) unless your connected to Wi-Fi, if your provider offers unlimited data, then thats a plus. In the end, this is solely a personal decision, purchase this phone only if your serious about and if it tends to your personal needs when using a mobile device.
