It sounds to me like your iPhone does not have the latest update. Connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi then go to settings>general>software update

With my new iPhone 7 plus if I set it up as a new phone instead of moving my iCloud data to the new phone would I lose my? Unlimited data plan and phone number or would that still be there I already put my SIM card in 10 points
Why isn't BBM appearing on my Iphone? I downloaded itools: itools.cn/multi_lang_pc_download.htm Then downloaded the bbm ipa: qzal.net/01/2013-08/6cfd2d57601.zip Now I open itools, go to my apps on my phone and click install (top right) select the bbm ipa you just downloaded. but when i clicked itools nothing happened, what am i suppost to do after clicking itools? RESPONSIBLE ANSWERS ONLY, SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT They are DOING Please?
What settings will it change if I press reset all settings on my iPhone? Also, will this help speed up my iPhone because that's what I've heard. Because my iPhone has been so slow lately and taking like 3-5 minutes to send 1 text. If you know of any other ways that could help speed that up please also let me know that.
Unknown contacts and photos appearing in my new iphone? I just bought a 5s on amazon. The phone came in new, sealed, and obviously no signs of use. When I turned the phone on and insert the sim card, it only asked me to setup the Wi-Fi and activated the phone. Then I found lots of preinstalled apps, a bunch of unknown contacts, and lots of pictures (most of them were from 2015!). What the funk happened? I'm an android guy and ios is new to me… Please help!
