Depends, are you ordering from the NEW phone shop list or the refurbished/Pre-Owned phones list, they are plainly marked Pre-Owned = refurbished/used, if they are. So when looking at phones on their web site, make sure Pre-Owned is check if you want to see pre-owned phones.

- Virgin Mobile or Boost Mobile? I'm moving to Houston this summer and I'm looking for a cheaper cell phone plan. I talk, text, email, fb etc. I had virgin mobile back in 2004 and I love it and had no problem. I have a android galaxy s3 right now which I love but the battery isn't so great. I'm thinking about possibly buying an iPhone. What I'm really looking for is reviews on virgin and boost mobile. If you have any other cheap cell phone plan carrier suggestions I'm up for that too.

- If I buy an iphone (not from the boost mobile store) can I connect it to boost mobile? Lets say I buy an iphone that isn't connect, will I be able to get it within the boost mobile network? Or is their more to it
