Avoiding iTunes on iPhone/iPad?
I have a iPhone 4S (not by choice). When my Android got waterlogged my employers were nice enough to give me their old iPhone 4. While I appreciate their generosity, ios is terrible-way too many restrictions.
My main issue is with iTunes. With Android I had the Zedge app where I could dl any ringtone and immediately assign it to anything. I think it's completely ridiculous to have to install iTunes, connect the phone to the computer(which I do not have), and dl music and ringtones. I also had TubeMate installed on Android that converted a YouTube video into a mp3.
My question is how do I get around using iTunes without going out and buying an android phone-which at this point I almost don't mind doing?
Just get Wi-Fi or a data plan and download a free music download app.
You just simply can't download songs on it without an computer trough itunes.
Iphones aren't much " open" So you can't just download something from the safari browser.
So you really need to have a computer to put it on your iphone!
If I read your question I recommend you to buy an android phone and a computer(how the hell could you survive without one…)
- What use is an ipad or ipad mini to someone with an iphone and macbook? I'm thinking of getting an ipad mini or ipad 2 for someone who already has an iphone 5 and macbook pro. I don't know how useful it will be since they are not likely to use it outside of their home and i'll be getting the non 3g version so it won't be much use when they take it out anyway.
- What development tool can I use to program in iPad for iPad and iPhone? I want program or code using my iPad for iPad. What development tool can I use? I need a tool for iPad so I can code in iPad. It seems the tools suggested require MAC. I want to code using my iPad and not in PC or MAC
- Ship iphone internationally avoiding customs costs? I'm living in the Czech republic and want to avoid paying expensive importing costs, can I buy an iPhone off ebay and have it sent to a friend in america, and have them send it to me, but to avoid customs I could have them mark the phone as a gift, or I could have them put the value at 50$ for example and list the phone is broke? To avoid paying high fees?
- Is he avoiding talking to me? My crush who goes to my swimming flirts with me sometimes in person, and I talk to him over Facebook Messenger. However, sometimes it says that he was active 4 minutes ago (for example) yet he hasn't seen the message. When he does reply he seems enthusiastic to talk to me, though it is never a flowing conversation as it takes him a couple of days to see the message. I'm worried- is he blanking me? Or is he not getting the message?
