Look for a lightly used Samsung Galaxy S7 on eBay. That's the best deal on a great phone that has wireless charging.
That said, don't get caught up in wireless charging too much. The processor matters a lot more. Wireless charging is slower than wired and it's not as convenient as you would think. You do have to place it on the pad aligned just right and you can't really use it while it's charging on a pad.

- Why are Iphones so expensive than other smartphones in the market? Iphones are manufactured in China… So the manufacturing cost should be very low. Of couse, they have done a lot of R&D work… But so have other smartphone companies like Samsung, HTC etc While you can get other smartphones in the market with same features as in Iphones (or even more features than in Iphone), why are Iphones so overpriced?
- My iphone 4s is charging very very slowly? I let my phone charge for about three hourse and it only charged from 3% to 5% and its really really slow; i'm not sure if its the battery or not. Also; i had finally charged it to 10% and i took it off the plug for a second the. It went back to 1%.
