Now i'm assuming i need an AMP to power all of this, and thats my question. What kind of amp do i need.
I bought a JX360/2 JL AUDIO 2-CHANNEL 720 WATTS AMP is that enough?
MY plan was power the sub with the amp and the speakers with the deck. I just want to make sure that
I will get the best sound that way. Thanks.
Added (1). I have a 2011 HYUNDAI ELANTRA SEDAN
As long as all the speakers in the car are either wired correctly, or all wired backwards, the effect is the same. A car stereo system consists of 4 main components and the wiring that connects them. The main speakers are usually 2 in the front and 2 in the back, although with what are known as component speakers, each speaker is broken down into two speakers: one for the highs and one for the bass. Each speaker or speaker set connects to the head unit via a pair of wires. Generally if you are installing a new head unit you want to install new speakers.
- What is the best speaker for a car? And MP3/CD Deck for a car? Eventually when I get my main car, I want to get great speakers for my car. I know BestBuy sells most of the speakers for cars. But i'm wondering what good speakers for cars are. Not the brand but what the Best Features are for car speakers. I would also need to get a iPod/iPhone-Ready CD Deck, so I also need to know good brands and features for that.
- What is best way to listen to Spotify in the car without 3G or using offline mode? I want to use Spotify on my iPhone in the car but I don't want to use offline mode due to data usage constraints on my phone, so I want to stream music using the online mode. However some areas do not have 3G coverage so I was wondering if there are other ways to use Spotify in the car when you lose 3G coverage.
- IPhone Music app doesnot work with car audio bluetooth system but Google Map works? I have iPhone 3GS which have google map app, it works fine with car audio bluetooth system. I could here turn by turn direction in car speaker. But why music app does not work the same way? Any clue. My Car is 2009 Camry LE which have A2DP support
- I dropped my iPhone 3GS audio port down into coffee and my audio does not work When I try to turn up my volume it says headphones but my headphones still work. I Tried it on speaker phone it still works how can I get my audio working agen!
