Blue line 'scanning' iPhone! Urgent
I have a really weird problem with my phone. It's relatively new so it shouldnt be having any problems but, everytime i try to do anything, a part of my screen will turn transparent blue and will start moving back and forth like its scanning my iPhone. It will crash whatever i tried to open and then the screen will become unresponsive. I've tried searching the Apple website and restarting my phone but this problem won't go away. This is a huge inconvenience because i need my phone for school and work. Please if anyone has any idea what is going on, please help!
Most likely phone is broken. Try to get new under terms on warranty. You may aswell first try reset iphone to factory defaults if there's option for that. If problems appear after that it's for sure broken
Go to Settings -> General -> Accessibility. In section Physical & motor set the Switch Control to OFF. Blue lines are not issue.

- Is there are a good photo scanning app for iPhone? I have many old photos, both loose and affixed in albums. Regular scanners are slow, scanning services are expensive, and I don't want to remove photos from albums to scan. I would like to do it with my digital SLR camera or iPhone. Prefer iPhone because with DSLR there's an extra step of transferring photos to computer. My question is, are there good apps to do this?
- Is scanning a LAN for devices connected to it illigal? I got this app on my iPhone called Fing - Network Scanner by Overlook Soft, and when I connect to Wi-Fi, it lets me see what devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi. It also gives me that device's IP address and MAC address. Is this considered Port Scanning? Please enlighten me, I don't want to get banned by the Wi-Fi or get that Wi-Fi banned by its ISP. If intent is important, my intent is just to know out of curiosity.
